Eh. There is an Inverness 1 and 2, separated. 1 is an overpriced dump with trailers placed close together and at odd angles. 2 is nice, but even higher prices. GREAT school district!
Love love love it here. Lisa the manager is awesome and such a delight. Maintenance guys are great. I love this community. Family oriented and we do have alot of community activities. If your looking for a great place to live and raise a family your in the right place.
I can go on and on about the horrible staff and managers. I lived here for my entire 3 year lease, gave them a 1500 deposit to move in, left the place in immaculate condition and they sent me a bill of almost 1500 additional dollars. The manager said that I didn't give notice I was vacating the premises, but attached my notice to the 5 page bill! We were harassed from about 3 months after we moved in with notes stuck in the screen door by management and "maintenance" everything from your children were seen outside at 9:05 pm to someone put their garbage out too early so everyone in the neighborhood gets a nasty note (and I still have all of them) They singled out my son as being the perpetrator of everything that would be destructed around the park. Lisa cornered my kids screaming at them about a already broken fence being destroyed by the neighborhood kids including my son playing football and when they slammed onto it, it busted. She knowingly rented to 2 males that were growing Marijuana and had a false home invasion with gum fire...I brought it to her attention that the neighborhood was going to crap and that I was concerned to have my kids outside....her response to me was "they have a credit score of over 700, they are good people." Really? Then about 4 months before I moved out, she rented out the trailer next to us for a grow house...yeah, the people only showed up to mow the grass and tend to their plants. You couldn't even get into my car without smelling the skunk weed and you could hear the fans outside the house too. She didn't even address that issue when I brought it up. Lisa also called me to get into my house because I changed the locks when my stuff started to come up missing, so she couldn't just walk in, told me that my furnance was broke....how could she know that if she hadn't been inside? Weird!
Inverness 1 only has older trailers no new,too many empty lots. One piece of garbage trailer that is an eyesore and needs to be towed out. Not enough TLC around this part of Inverness,needs improving A.S.A.P. Used to look classy now looking trashy.
